Our Remake Promise
Santa gets anything wrong? We remake it. Free.
Wrong name, wrong pronunciation, wrong detail, a weird moment — email support@santaknew.com or reply to any of our emails with your order and what to fix. We remake it free, as many times as it takes to get it right.
Why no refunds
Every video is made for one child and can't be resold, so all sales are final. The remake promise is how we make it right instead.
How fast
Remakes are usually delivered within 24 hours, and within a few hours from 20 December.
